1. Responsible for analyzing production technology issues during the product production process: handling production abnormalities, analyzing the causes of quality problems, proposing solutions, and promoting product production according to plan;

2. Technical guidance and follow-up in the production process, production and maintenance of required fixtures and jigs, maintenance and upkeep of production equipment;

3. Responsible for creating and reviewing SOPs, continuously improving and optimizing product processes, and increasing production yield and efficiency;

4. Responsible for training and guiding workers in their work, promoting standardization of work, and correcting improper operations.

1. Electronic related majors, college degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience;

2. Strong team collaboration spirit, good communication skills and sense of responsibility, possessing strong learning ability and professional research spirit.

3. Strong hands-on ability, proficient in using commonly used instruments and tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, etc

1. Complete product structure design tasks, conduct feasibility assessments of product appearance modeling, and be proficient in using 3D design software such as Pro-E;

2. Provide technical guidance and sample confirmation for the manufacturing, production, and procurement of the projects undertaken;

3. Conduct design verification and confirmation of the product, as well as design improvement;

4. Develop documents related to the product (2D drawings of key product dimensions, BOM， Assembly drawing, explosion diagram, sample confirmation certificate, incoming material confirmation certificate);

5. Guide and follow up on product production, promptly and accurately solve structural problems that arise during production, and ensure the smooth progress of product production;

6. Design the existing product expansion structure based on customer demand functions;

7. Structural optimization design after small-scale mass production of products;

1. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, a good sense of time management, and excellent team collaboration awareness;

2. College degree or above in Mechanical Design, Industrial Design or related majors, with 1-2 years of experience in product structure design (outstanding fresh graduates may be considered); candidates with design experience in consumer electronics or home appliances are preferred;

3. Understand the characteristics of common materials such as plastic and hardware, as well as basic molding processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping), and be able to avoid common production process risks under guidance;

4. Proficient in 3D modeling using Pro_E, and capable of creating basic 2D engineering drawings with AutoCAD (proficiency in other design software such as SolidWorks is a plus);

5. Understand the basic process of product development, have basic problem-analysis capabilities, and be able to cooperate with the team to solve common technical problems in the production and procurement stages;

1. Mechanical design or related major, college degree or above.

2. Participate in the design, development, confirmation, and improvement of new products.

3. Familiar with the processing technology of hardware parts and understand the structure of plastic molds.

4. Assist engineers in using Pro-E or CAD for new product drawing, sample confirmation, and trial production follow-up.
